Refund & Cancellation Policy

Omkaar Group reserves the right to refuse/cancel any order. Omkaar Group at its sole discretion may cancel any order(s):

1. If it suspects a fraudulent transaction, or
2. If it suspects a customer has undertaken a transaction which is not in accordance with the Terms of Use or
3. For any reason outside the control of the Omkaar Group.

Refund / Cancellation policies are applicable under the following conditions:

In case, the customer cancels in between or before the completion of the project, Omkaar Group on its own discretion may charge some amount depending on the work completed and the effort put in by Omkaar Group.
